I get migranes if the sun is too bright on my eyes, so it really helps to cut down on them when I put on sunglasses

I have a pair of Maui Jims that I bought 3 years ago. They are wonderful. Highly recomend investing in a pair of expensive sunglasses.
As Sue from Arizona said, It is a must to wear sunglasses if you live in Arizona. It is important to have a pair in lots of places so you don't forget to have them on at all times. The glare is especially strong and harmful to your eyes. Last year, at the Fourth Avenue Street Fair, we handed out sunglasses for toddlers. As those eyes are also sensitive, and parents don't seem to realize the need to protect their children's eyes.
Doctor suggested I wear them.

I love to wear sunglasses,I get them from the Dollar Tree and I have a pair to match almost every outfit besides protecting your eyes from uv rays don't have to be so uncool,you can look good and protect yourself from those nasty harmful rays
I have worn sunglasses continously since I was 17. I can only wear glasses with 'blue' lenses - any other color is not pleasing to my eyes. I tend to buy the same frame style also.
I live in Arizona and would NOT consider going outside without my sunglasses. I am on a limited, set income and therefor must watch everything I spend. :-[ I purchased a cheap pair of sunglasses (on sale on top of that) and since I need an prescription for glasses (distance), I had cool looking wrap-around prescription lenses placed in my cheap (yes, I DO mean cheap) frames and LOVE them! Living in AZ , if one cares about one's health, you do not "play around" with eye care!Thank you for asking and giving me the opportunity to tell you how I feel regarding the use of sunglasses! Sue

I get migraines and really bad headaches from any type of light exposure most of the time. Lately the sun has been really bright so i try to wear my sunglasses as often as i can.

My eyes take forever to adjust between indoor/outdoor exits. Wearing sunglasses is very important to me also because I like having the UV protection so my skin around my eyes is protected.
Seeing as how I wear rx glasses, in the past I've always just worn clip ons over my glasses, but this last time hubby and I both went to eye dr (first time in his life for needing glasses) he told me to go ahead and get rx sunglasses also. it's a good thing we have pretty good eye insurance as we ended up getting 5 prs of glasses between us, even tho it still cost at lot more than we expected. But I love the fact that I can have my bifocal sunglasses so I'm able to see a lot better and they don't flip up on me everytime I bend over, lol.
i can't see very good with sunglasses
I want to preserve what eyesight I have left for the rest of my life and I believe that wearing sunglasses will help me do that.
